We Were Preparing for Disruption Before the Pandemic Hit
Like everyone else in the United States right now, we are watching the number of COVID cases rise, and we are thinking about how we can protect ourselves from contracting the illness and our customers from a disruption in services.
We wanted to reach out to you this week to let you know how we are adjusting our processes to ensure you do not experience any disruption in your revenue stream.
OUR STAFF
We are blessed to work in a restored bus station in a small town in East Tennessee where COVID has not had a large impact. Because we have more than 20,000-square-feet to work with, we have spread ourselves out ensuring each employee has 10-feet of space between themselves. Additionally, we have implemented strict cleaning protocols to ensure our facilities are constantly sanitized further helping our staff remain safe.
Thus far, we are fortunate that none of our office or remote staff have tested positive for COVID at this time. We are asking that each employee takes their temperature before arriving to work. If they have a fever above 100°f, they are required to stay home.
OUR PROCESSES
Our company was started in Florida where hurricanes are a constant threat. So even before COVID hit, we were already operating in a way that protects our clients from disruption.
Over the years we have developed redundant processes and HIPAA-compliant internet-based systems that allow our staff to work from anywhere in the United States. That system was tested during Hurricanes Irma (2017) and Michael (2018) and more recently during the COVID shutdown in March. We are confident in our ability to continue providing you with expert services during the most complicated and stressful scenarios.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
These are certainly challenging times for all of us. And during these challenging times, we want you to know:
- Our commitment to you is strong;
- We are able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly; and
- We are here to help you identify new ways to overcome challenges as they present themselves.
We pray that you, your staff and your patients all remain safe in the coming months. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime you have questions or concerns. We will also keep you informed of our status, so you can feel confident that you will not experience a disruption in revenue.
Sincerely,
Laura Antonucci
